Rip Kai: Grand Caribbean Living, Cover to Cover

Selected for the cover of REAL LIFE Caribbean’s Summer 2023 issue and celebrated in an extraordinary multi-page showcase, Rip Kai is Caribbean living on a truly grand scale.

Created for a large multigenerational family, this spectacular nine-bedroom Cayman Kai estate pairs timeless West Indian architecture with an informal, barefoot sense of luxury. As General Contractor and Project Manager, Encompass helped translate the owners’ and architect’s vision into a thoughtfully composed beachfront retreat—with expansive gathering spaces, private pavilions and exquisite details woven throughout.

We are immensely proud to have played such an integral role in bringing Rip Kai to life—and to see this remarkable home receive the cover recognition it so richly deserved.
