Encompass was honoured to undertake the luxury commercial fit-out of the Patek Philippe boutique within Kirk Freeport’s landmark Bayshore Mall location.
Rich timber, beautifully veined stone and refined metallic detailing come together in a setting that feels elegant, intimate and quietly assured. From the intricately crafted screens and statement lighting to the private consultation and hospitality spaces, every element was executed with exceptional care and attention to detail.
The completed boutique provides a fitting environment for a name synonymous with heritage, craftsmanship and timeless sophistication—delivered in the heart of George Town’s harbourfront.
