The Encompass team has completed the following on the DeckHouse 16 at the Ritz-Carlton construction site:
- Site has been cleared
- Elevation levels have been set
- Layout for piles finalised
- Steel cages fabricated for piles
- Piling completed – both on land and off shore
- Excavation of the excess fill in the canal
