Exciting site works and foundation activities have begun on our new Phase II Re-imagined DeckHouse at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.
Work completed to date includes:
- Site cleared
- Elevation levels have been set
- Piles have been laid out
- Steel cages have been fabricated for piles
- Pile foundations have been installed
- Steel cages for grade beams are in production
- Form work for the grade beams has been completed
- Pool has been excavated
