The Encompass team has completed the following foundation groundwork:
- Steel cages fabricated for piles
- Batter Board completed
- Piles for foundations underway
- Pile clean up and site leveling underway
- Steel cages for grade beam in production
- Grade beam installation
- All Grade beams poured
- Formwork removed from grade beams
- Grade beam installation is complete
- Plumbing Rough-ins are completed for Slab
- Electrical Rough-ins are completed for slab
- Steelwork for slab
- Slab has been poured
- First floor CMU 90% Completed
