Sun Serenity | October Update II

Our latest Fall construction update takes us into the beginning phase of the interior finishes at Sun Serenity. We are excited to reveal the newly installed casually elegant pale grey wood plank tile flooring that has been selected for the second level and are thrilled to be unveiling one of our most dramatic features; utterly stunning Kauri Tasman wood plank flooring. Ancient Kauri which is found in New Zealand is the oldest and most exclusive workable wood in the world and has been found buried and preserved underground in swamps for as many as 45,000 years. Living Kauri trees are protected and amongst the largest and oldest growing trees in the world and the unique Kauri Tasman tile flooring we fell in love with and specially selected for Sun Serenity’s main level is inspired by this rare and exotic wood.
