The Encompass Design Team recently spent four invigorating days exploring the wonders of the infamous High Point Design Market located in High Point North Carolina. Spanning over 10 MILLION square feet and consisting of over 2000 exhibitors positioned throughout 180 various buildings, High Point Market is widely regarded as the largest home furnishings industry trade show in the entire world. The designers returned inspired by all that they had discovered and we are excited to share some of their exciting finds.
Design trends for 2020 include a variety of mixed metals, luxurious copper accents, rich natural woods, dynamic textures, bold graphically designed wood patterns, fun, faux crocodile accents, stylish modern curved elements, striking agate features and a strong bent for Biophilic Design; all of which were on prominent display throughout the various showrooms and exhibits that ranged from stark modern to transitional to traditional and every style in between. High Point offers something for literally EVERYONE and it is easy to become overwhelmed by the sheer volume of product on display but the Interior Design Team at Encompass is available to assist our clients in creating inspired spaces that perfectly reflect their unique sense of style and comfort within reasonable budgets.
