The Encompass leadership team recently gathered for a productive day of discussion, collaboration and forward planning. The meeting provided an opportunity to revisit our company vision, strengthen roles and responsibilities, exchange ideas and ensure our leadership team remains aligned as Encompass continues to grow.
Following the morning session, the team headed to Lloyd’s Barbecue for a relaxed luncheon — and some well-earned food, drinks and camaraderie. A valuable day of connecting as colleagues, strengthening as leaders and looking ahead together.
