Encompass constructed the Private Residence 411 at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, transforming an empty 6000 square foot concrete shell into a contemporary showpiece of curves, light and modern elegance. This Cayman renovation featured color that was used frugally in the design, making the selectively placed pops of red and black all the more exciting and vivid and the whites that much more brilliant. The result is a sleek modern complement to the renowned amenities and services of The Five-Star Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman Resort.
The Ritz-Carlton Private Residence 411
After initially looking at one boring floorplan after another, I engaged Encompass Ltd. & Eric Kline to spectacular result. My desire for modern architecture was met by Eric’s outstanding creativity, and practicality. Eric and his team put together an incredible plan from floorplan to furnishings, and every painstaking detail in-between. His communication throughout the project allowed me to stay updated from afar while he kept the project on-budget and on-time. The co-ordination required to build out an empty shell in an existing building from concept and design, through to construction and fit-out was handled with the utmost care, professionalism and attention. On completion of the project it felt like handing over one’s baby to another – Eric truly treated our project as if it were his own.
